Hello,
Several weeks ago I can give the keyboard control to the guest users in MS Teams meetings if the guest user uses MS Teams desktop application (it didn't work if the user uses browser).
But recently I mentioned that I cannot give the keyboard control anymore.
It still works for non-guest users.
Is it some kind of configuration I can change to allow this keyboard control?
Thank you.

As the deadline looms where Microsoft wants us to switch to Teams from Skype for business - the ability to work on a screenshare basis with "Guest" users (Not external users) is a BIG must. I'm going to hit the "postpone" button until this is resolved!
Hello,
I uploaded the screenshots.
I don't know the meeting type. I just go to Outlook ans select "New Items -> Teems meeting"
I tried 3 options.
You need to be invited to Teams to use the app
I also tried to connect to the meeting with the account from a different organization that has Teams license. The situation is the same as for guest account. Give Control doesn't work.
And again. It differently worked about a month ago.
Hi Shyamal,
Version:
"You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.1.00.14359 (64-bit). It was last updated on 6/12/18"
Yes, no guest user can get the keyboard control.
From the organizer point of view the organizer cannot drop-down the "Give Control" option.
From the guest perspective the Request control option is grayed out:
Could you try to reproduce the issue? Just create a Teams meeting and invite somebody who doesn't have a MS account.
Thank you.
