Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
I came across this while searching for tips!
I just created a modularized training program. I'll summarize my approach via Teams:
- Created a Team room under the name of the program.
- Within this room, I created channels for each module.
- Uploaded my presentations and documents to the appropriate channels.
- Added the participants as "members" to the room so they can access everything.
- Sent meeting invitations for each channel. (Click on the channel (module) > select Meet > Schedule a meeting.
Side note: I created additional channels for breakout groups. Just make sure all participants are added as members to your team.
When the program is complete, I removed all members and replaced them with the next group.
