Adding Assignment tab to bottom MS Teams mobile app

Can anyone tell me how to add the assignments tab to the bottom of my iPhone app in MS teams? Presently to open up an assignment I have to go the general channel of the team and click on more and then assignments. this is way too many steps and confusing for my students to follow. I know it's possible to have the tab on the bottom of the app as I have seen it on some mobile phones.

Nevermind I have worked this one out! Although there wasn't an update for the app showing in the app store i simply deleted and re-installed the teams app on my iPhone and the assignment button appeared down the bottom

Regarding your description about “Adding Assignment tab to bottom MS Teams mobile app”, we are glad to hear that issue is resolved with reinstall Teams application, and yes according to the below listed article assignment tab is visible in navigation tab.
