Microsoft Teams with a GLOW account

My kids have glow accounts. How do i access these through the TEAMS app on ios? The glow login is @glow so it wont let me log in through the app?

Use :

@glow.sch.uk

Instead of @glow on the end of your childs account name when logging in. I had the same problem and thats what worked for me.

From your description, my understanding is you’d like to use Glow account to sign in Teams. If I have any misunderstanding on it, welcome back to correct me. Based on it, you can use this Glow account to sign up for Teams free. For further reference, kindly access to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sign-up-for-teams-free-70aaf044-b872-4c32-ac47-362ab29ebbb1?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us

After signing up, you can use this account to sign in Teams app. For “The glow login is @glow so it wont let me log in through the app”, does it means that you have to access Teams app when you use this glow account elsewhere? If yes, my answer is no. This glow account was just signed up for Teams free but not change the original property.
