Hi,

I am getting following error when clicking Files. Tried clear cache at Appdata, logging out multiple times but did not work.

Please let me know if anybody knows about the fix.

Loading chunk 5 failed. (error: https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/hashedjs/precompiled-default~bridges-services-channel-prefetch~bridges-services-files-prefetch~channel-files~external-fil~f4287483.min.c1ee688a7cb7e753.js)

Thanks

Arnav

I was experiencing the same issue and followed these instructions:

Log out of and close MS teams.

Go to the following folder %AppData%\Microsoft\Teams and delete the entire contents (there was one folder that would not delete and so I left this).

Restart teams and then the files location worked.

I tried the somewhat more "limited delete" approach:

    • Log out and close MS teams.
    • Remove the directories with the word "Cache" in them.
    • Restart and login.

    Worked.

I have the same issue. In the installed app, I cannot look at "Files" on any team. Online app I can just fine. Here is the error.

Loading chunk 5 failed. (error: https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/hashedjs/precompiled-default~bridges-services-channel-prefetch~bridges-services-files-prefetch~channel-files~external-fil~f4287483.min.c1ee688a7cb7e753.js)

This chat would not let me to the verbose version of the error.

Help please, we use teams all day, every day.

    Bob Johnson

BTW, I have removed and reinstalled the app with a reboot in between.
