Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories

Thanks for letting me know what steps you have done on your side to troubleshooting the issue. From the screenshot I can see you are using the Teams for Mac application. Please first sign in Teams web app via browsers and test it again.
If the issue only happens to the Teams for Mac application, please do the following steps to try to fix it:
- Quit Microsoft Teams completely. Delete files in following folders:
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”
Restart Microsoft Teams.
- Go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Microphone, remove Teams from there and re-add it again.
- May I know the version number of the application? Please make sure Teams for Mac application is up to date.
