Microsoft Teams "Sorry we couldn't connect you"

Hello, my name is Anna. I am currently doing my virtual internship in a company. Interns are not entitled to have an app installed on their PCs (we have the virtual desktop access). I have to join the meetings via web browser. Unfortunately, Microsoft Edge gives me "Sorry we couldn't connect you" error when I am trying to join. However, when I use Google Chrome, I can join the very same meeting, but my microphone and camera do not work in Chrome (because of the privacy settings that can't be changed). How can I solve the issue with joining the meetings in Microsoft Edge?

Ok, yes I understand, that message is because the Global admin was created an conditional access policy in the Office 365 tenant at your company due to security reason, so only specific device registered in Azure, will be allowed to use for you. So, in that case you should talk with the "IT HelpDesk" department at your company, and you should ask them to configure your Virtual Desktop and allow all browsers there, and hardware configuration like (Webcam/Audio/Microphone) in order to access to Teams and to use all features in the Virtual desktop. Also, you can ask them about if they has an specific VPN to get all access. But of course, all those settings will depend in that policies, here in the community we can't suggest any process to avoid that policies of your company.

See more information in below link about Azure conditional access:

    Dear Renzo,

Thank you so much for your kind help. Unfortunately, when I try to access with my Office 365 corporate account in inPrivate mode I see the following message "You can't get there from here. This application contains sensitive information and can only be accessed from: XXX (Company name) domain joined devices. Access from personal devices is not allowed."

I also verified the process (the link you sent) and everything is ok with site permissions and cookies.

    Kind regards,

    Anna

    Dear Anna,
You could try this; in EDGE internet browser in incognito/inPrivate mode, go to: https://teams.microsoft.com/, access with your Office 365 account, then, verify if you can access through Teams "web-client", if is it, then remove all cache in EDGE explorer.
Also, verify below process especially to EDGE browser:

    Regards,
    Renzo
