I agree that teachers need to be able to edit a grade. I am stunned that there is no capability for this. That one feature is a deal-breaker for me in continuing to use Teams in the future.
Microsoft Teams Undo Return Assignment
I clicked Return on one student, but it returned another student's Assignment. How do I undo the assignment returned in error? I am using the web-based Teams. I do not see any options to Re-assign or Undo.

2020-04-23T14:28:32+00:00 It is too easy to hit RETURN by mistake as in other apps this type of function takes you back once page.
A re-allocate function would be the best way round this issue.

2020-04-03T20:40:53+00:00 Agree! I have never had so many grading errors in 20 years of teaching. This is so important especially now during Corona when we need to rely on the technology accurately reporting what students are and are not doing!!!!!! If a student has not handed in work, and the computer says he has, we have a BIG PROBLEM on our hands!!!!!!!!!!!

2020-04-27T20:16:30+00:00 This is an issue that Microsoft needs to address now. In the education world, we often allow students to improve on their work, make necessary changes, strive for mastery, often after a grade is issued. It’s called teaching & learning. It’s also called empathy, in this time of remote learning. Please fix it Microsoft. Add the possibility for teachers to update a grade. That’s all.

2020-04-02T03:22:36+00:00 Hi Toni,
The teacher can’t undo a return, but the students can undo a turn in or do a turn in again. For your concern, we would like to invite you post the idea to our UserVoice. The related team always take useful and popular idea in this way, and your voice is always very important to us.
Thanks for your understanding,
Rena
