Password Reset Code

I keep receiving emails with a code to reset my account password. i never asked to reset my password !!! why do i keep receiving these emails ? what can i do to stop receiving those emails ?

    I wondered if the hackers just try to guess the code.  If it’s automated and you do it enough times..
