Hey all, has anyone had success using the Jabra 65 headset with MS Teams? It works great on the same system with Skype for business. My company is moving over to teams exclusively in about 6 months. This Jabra is wireless and expensive, so I am in need of this working.

  • My PC is Windows 10
  • MS teams version 1.2.00.7161 (updated 3/26/19)
  • Interface to Jabra base station is USB

I can see the device in my audio settings in teams and I can hear people, just the microphone won't work.

Thanks for the help!

    Hi Tom,

Lets start troubleshooting with Teams settings page. In your Teams desktop app, click on User picture (upper right corner)> Settings> Devices. Check if the same device is set under Speakers and Microphone.

For the next step, please check if the issue persists in Teams Online.

Also, my suggestion would be to reinstall the drivers and re-add device to Teams.

If the issue persists, please try to repair your Office - Control panel> Programs> Programs and features> select Office 365> Change> Repair> Quick repair.

Does your organization have Skype for Business on prem server? Are you On prem, Hybrid or Pure cloud?

For the further troubleshooting, please provide me with all information.

    Best regards,

    Nemanja
