Teams Shifts Copy Schedule

I have been using the Copy Schedule feature in Shifts weekly, since March.  This week, I am unable to copy the schedule.  As usual, I click on Copy Schedule, but now, on the pop up, the Copy button remains grayed out.  Never been a problem before.  Please help!

    I have this exact same issue and the issue is in the web browser app and the desktop application. I am also on a mac, not sure if that makes a difference. 

    I would love advice on how to fix this. The copy button is just grey so I can't click it, even after I have selected the proper dates for everything. My screen looks just like LYNNH_8286's screenshot.

    Hello, I did get a fix!  I had to add a group.  They updated something in the system.  I had created my schedule prior, without creating a group first.  Now, you will need to add a group, create the schedule within the group.  Then you will be able to copy.

    Copying schedule in Microsofr Teams Shifts App results in a never ending spinning dialogue box that never copies the schedule.

    Thank you for your response.  The entire college is using Teams.  I haven't heard the term "client" used, but I know internet is required to use it, if that helps.  

    I have been using the same laptop with the application since March, and have been able to copy the schedule every week until now.  There is one other in my area that uses Shifts, and she still has the function.  I don't know about the rest of the college.

    May I know if you are using Teams client or Teams Web App. If you are using Teams client, please kindly have a try of Teams Web App https://teams.microsoft.com/ and further change another device for a try.

    If the issue persists, can you please collect some more information for us to do further troubleshooting:

    1. Please collect some screenshots about the interface of the grayed-out-Copy Schedule-button;
    2. Does this issue exist in other users in your organization?
