i cant call my friends at teams.

I would like to know why I cant contact any of my friends in teams and whether you have a solution for this.

I asked my friends to call me and the didn't have any problem also they were attendees like me.

Whenever I call them a message tells me to wait until the meeting organizer starts the meeting.

please kindly find and give me a solution.

May I know how did you tried to call your friends via call from a chat or clicking the Contacts?

You may tried to make a call via using option below to check this issue:

If you still can’t call them, please contact your Office 365 admin it might be he/she have created calling policy that can control whether a user can make private calls. See Calling policies in Microsoft Teams

    Hi MAHIN,

    You need to contact your Office 365 admin to confirm whether he/she have created calling policy that can control whether a user can make private calls. See Calling policies in Microsoft Teams

    can u also help me? if u would i would appreciate. The thing is that i cannot make a call a seperate call. its showing that you'll be once be able to join when the organizer starts the call, i am making a private call. so plz find a solution.. Por favour!
