    Hi WebChan,

    Not like other Office client apps, Teams doesn’t provide the way to control update. The desktop client updates itself automatically. Teams checks for updates every few hours behind the scenes, downloads it, and then waits for the computer to be idle before silently installing the update. You can refer to the reference article Teams update process for more information.

     

    • Only Teams on VDI do manually update.
