Last few months, I can use the microsoft teams app smoothly without any issue. But just today, when I open Microsoft teams in my laptop, it tells me to enter my email and also my phone number. Then, i received an sms in my phone and I typed in the verification code. After that, my microsoft teams cant log in at all. It says' Sorry we have some issue logging into your account. Please try again or sign out and log in again. I am frustrated because I have a class in 5 minutes time. Then I tried my app on my ipad, surprisingly i managed to log into my ipad. After my class, i tried to delete and reinstall microsoft teams on my laptop. It works like normal before, but after a few hours, it is unable to log in again. I searched online and found out it was something to do with the microsoft credentials. I tried to remove every credentials on my laptop. I also tried to add Teams related endpoint to Trust site but both the ways does not work for me. I am sure that my network and firewall has absolutely no problem. I even checked the license and i have the microsoft teams license. Please help me to solve this problem. I have a lot of online classes to attend and i am afraid to be left behind in my homework. Hope someone can save my life. I will be very grateful.

    2. Clear the Teams credential through:

Search for Credential Manager > Windows Credential > Delete ALL Teams cache credential

    1. Delete the Teams cache through below and delete everything inside

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams

This works after I delete all the files in that folder. But after like two hours, the same problem comes back again and i could not login. When I go back and check the folder, the files all appear again. I think this is not a long term solution. Do you have other solutions other than this? Besides my microsoft office have the same problem even after I deleted the files in that folder.
