Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hello Pascal,
May I know if you are using Microsoft Teams desktop client or Teams web app? If you are using Teams desktop client, please first follow the steps below to clear the local caches:
- Exit Teams completely. Go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache and delete all the files.
- Go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Application Cache\Cache and delete all the files.
- Restart Teams desktop client and sign in again.
If you are using Teams web app, please try to switch to different browsers and check if there is any difference.
If it doesn’t work, please provide the steps you reproduce the issue and capture a screenshot of the error message. Please feel free to post back if you have any update on it.
