We have been having the same issue.  A temporary work around I found is to minimize the meeting window and when you bring it back up the mouse will start working again.

    Hi shawn,

Thank you so much for your reply on my queries.

I have tried remote desktop resolution sync with lical machine. After this still having issue but bit better tha previous situation.

I tried mouse driver update on both local as well as remote desktop (azure vm). But it didn't work

I check with ammy admin and use Skype for business applications for screen sharing both application screen share and mouse working properly.

Issue is only with Microsoft teams.

Hi nileshpawar, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. To the best knowledge I can get, the back end team has noticed this issue and will be working on a fix in the future. However, we haven't received more details or an exact timetable for it.

    Hi nileshpawar4,

Thank for reaching us in community!

For this issue, you can first try to update the drivers for the mouse to see if it helps:

    1. Press Win+R, enter "devmgmt.msc" to open device manager.
    2. Expand the category of "Mice and other pointing devices".
    3. Right click an object, and choose "Update Diver Software".

Meanwhile, you may also check the resolution of two PC, if they have different resolutions, then adjust them into the same one.

And to determine whether this issue is related to Teams client or not, you may also use the other application to share the screen to see if the problems persists. If it still occurs, we need to focus on the system settings and other mouse related settings to find the root cause.

    Hope the above information helps.

    Best,

    Shawn
