For this issue, you can first try to update the drivers for the mouse to see if it helps:
- Press Win+R, enter "devmgmt.msc" to open device manager.
- Expand the category of "Mice and other pointing devices".
- Right click an object, and choose "Update Diver Software".
Meanwhile, you may also check the resolution of two PC, if they have different resolutions, then adjust them into the same one.
And to determine whether this issue is related to Teams client or not, you may also use the other application to share the screen to see if the problems persists. If it still occurs, we need to focus on the system settings and other mouse related settings
to find the root cause.
