HI

I cannot change the icon picture.  It keeps telling me it is still setting up my account.  This has been happening for about 2 weeks.

    Hi VickileeOAC,

    Thanks for reaching us in community.

    For this problem, you may open a web browser and go to https://teams.microsoft.com/ to see if you can update your team picture successfully.

    If you have ever installed Team app in your smart phone, you may also try the following steps to change picture of your team;

    1. Find your team, and click "...",
    2. Select Edit team > Change picture,
    3. Then you can upload picture from your phone library.

    If you still cannot change the picture, would you like to share a scrennshot of the error page your failed to perform this action? So that we can have a better analysis on your situation.

    Best,

    Shawn

    I have tried those things but not on my phone.  I have two different accounts with 2 different organisations so I leave one on my phone and use the other on my laptop.  I still can't change the picture.

    Hi  VickileeOAC,

    You can try this workaround below to see if you the team picture can be updated:

    1. Add a new user to your team as an owner.
    2. Ask him/her to upload the image using the Windows client
    3. Remove the owner again

    Hope this helps.

    Shawn
