How can you delete an app after it's been placed into a Teams channel?

The language app I'm testing appears too often and makes the chat very confusing. I am unable to find a way to remove it.

    Hello Gerald Bedard,

    If it’s been added as a tab of a channel, you could right-click on it and select “Remove”:

     

    Remove a tab in Teams

    If it’s a bot, find the team to which the channel belongs, then click More (…) options -> Manage team. On the Apps tab, click Uninstall next to the name of the bot you want to remove: Block or remove a bot in Teams (to perform this step, owner permission is necessary)
