Associating my Microsoft personal account to EY (corportae) account and access complete learnings for a certification

Hi

I have already associated my Microsoft account by which I am doing the learning modules to my corportate account of EY but still I am not able to see all the learnings for Azure Fundamentals certification as it gives me only 1700 credits but actual training is for 12000 credits.

Can you please help?
