    Hello Technonath,

    Thanks for posting the issue here. The sharing policy in your organization is set up correctly. As a workaround, I recommend you can try to publish calendar in Outlook Web App(OWA). Click Gear icon at the upper right corner, select Calendar > Shared calendars > Calendar publishing. For your reference: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Introduction-to-publishing-Internet-Calendars-A25E68D6-695A-41C6-A701-103D44BA151D

    In addition, since you cannot publish calendar in Outlook client, I recommend you can try to repair it.

    If the issue persists, in order to further analyze and test more accurately, would you mind offering me more information?

    1. The screenshot of your sharing options.
    2. If you add your account on other Outlook client, whether the issue will appear.
    3. The version of your Outlook client. Go to File > Office Account > About Outlook.

    Regards,

    Betty

    Thanks Betty for taking the time to reply, here are the answers to your questions.

    * There is no point in reparing the outlook client as it doesn't appear on other machines either.

    * I am on insider build 1906

    * Yes the option is there in OWA to share the calendar, but that was not my question, it was why it does not show up in the outlook client as per the documentation - I was hoping you might confirm whether you get the same behaviour in your client.

    As requested here is a screenshot of my sharing options :-
