Teams recordings don't include Powerpoint Slides if the slideshow was delivered via slides stored on Onedrive

This is something that has only started today.

I am an educational user of Teams via my University on a 365 account.

As of today, any recording of lecture I deliver that shares Powerpoint slides from Onedrive has no slides whatsoever on the recording and it just pulls the audio/video feed from my camera. This happens regardless of whether I deliver the session from the Windows Desktop version of Teams or via an Android Tablet.

If the Powerpoint slides are delivered by sharing a window of a powerpoint presentation that is on my PC then the recording captures that slides absolutely fine.

Therefore, it looks like the Onedrive integration in Teams is broken at the moment and needs addressing as delivering a lecture in this manner provides greater flexibility that sharing it via a window (i.e. you can't access the meeting chat easily or use the slide sorter view that you get with sharing slides via Onedrive)

Hi there, thanks for raising this! Yesterday we identified an issue that for some users caused PowerPoint content shared within Microsoft Teams meetings to not be recorded. We've identified that this impact was caused by an authentication issue, introduced in a regularly scheduled update to our content sharing service. We've reverted the update, and confirmed using our internal reproduction of the issue that impact has been mitigated. If you continue to see issues with this moving forward, please let us know here. Thanks!

I am having this same issue. I originally posted this question here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/slides-shared-in-presenter-view-did-not-appear-in/708df54f-e04b-40e7-852a-8e52529c7df5

Any help we can get on this would be appreciated. Going back and editing in slides to a meeting recording is an incredibly tedious process we would like to avoid in the future.

I'm having this issue too. All other shared media works fine for recording but the powerpoint presenter inside teams is busted. We are *not* in education we're in the commercial ring so not sure what is going on here.
