Teams meeting recording saved as 3 parts but not the whole recording

I recorded a Team meeting today, 31 minutes so not very long. It took a few hours for the recording to appear in the chat section as well as stream. The problem I have is that is appearing in both locations in 3 parts - yet I did not stop and start the recording. One section is saying 3 minutes but then only showing 12 seconds when opening it. Will this resolve itself overnight or is this what I am stuck with?

I just had an instructor encounter a similar issue.

Do you have a solution to this? An update of any kind?

    Thanks!

This issue happened to me yesterday, and has happened once before, however I have been able to successfully record meetings at other times. I was sharing my screen as I normally do, and did have multiple programs open, but that is necessary for the meeting. I am now going to have to try and re-record my presentation portion so that those that were unable to attend can watch that at least. This is incredibly inefficient.

    Hi,

I also experienced the 'recordings ended unexpectedly' and it divided itself into three recordings of 7, 9 and 13 minutes. However, only 37 seconds - 3 minutes are available from each recording.

    I have tried to:

    * download the file from both explorer and chrome browser to my pc

    * run the videos from my pc

    * re-upload the files to Stream (using both chrome and explorer browser)

Still, I am only able to retrieve the 37 seconds-3 minutes from the three recordings of a total of 31 minutes. And during the meeting, I did not receive a notification on 'no internet connection', 'recording ended' or the likes.

As per the image below, the red exclamation mark says: the recordings ended unexpectedly.

I will follow the conversation and look forward for a solution, so I can transcribe the 31 min meeting. I would appreciate not having to schedule the meeting again to capture the findings.

    Best regards,

    Lisbeth
