HOW CAN I SEND VOICE MESSAGE ON MS TEAM CHAT

    Hi irfanullah3,

    Based on my experience, Voice messages are an exclusive feature of the Teams mobile app, instead of typing you can simply record a voice message by pushing a button as shown in the following picture. And voice messages can be heard by users using the desktop and the mobile app and they are included in the chat.

    To use this feature, do the following:

    1. Push and hold the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen
    2. Release the button when you finish the message
    3. Tap the send button

    they should enable this on Teams Desktop also. i mean, people have teams meetings daily.. and sometimes you don't want to write an whole ESSAY to explain something.

    Voicenote would be much better , cause some people can explain something better on voice vs writing it out on paper or in plain text.
