    Hello TravisCoon,

Generally once we correctly set up the dial-in numbers for the user, it will be automatically added to the meeting invitations that are sent to meeting attendees. So for set up, we recommend you to double verify that you had follow the same steps as mention in Set up Audio Conferencing for Microsoft Teams.

Further if we have just set up audio conferencing, it should be possible that take time for sync up, so in this situation, we suggest you to wait for couple of hours and then check the result. Also check if you create Teams meeting from Teams app and Outlook app, call in number is viewed or not.

If configure has no issue and call in number not viewed from Teams and Outlook side, please go to Teams admin center > Users page to Reset conference ID and check if it helps.

    Thanks and regards,

    Ankita Vaidya

The Teams call-in number(Audio Conferencing) is not included with every Office license, a very early step should be to confirm that you do have the required license to use this feature.

If you're a small or medium-sized business with up to 300 users and you currently don’t have Audio Conferencing licenses, you can get Audio Conferencing free for one year. Starting October 1, 2020, the free Audio Conferencing offer is available to users who have Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, Enterprise E1, or Enterprise E3 licenses. To learn more, see Set up Audio Conferencing for small and medium businesses.

Audio Conferencing to your Office 365 E1 or E3 plan for free for a limited time.^1^ After the offer period, it’s available for $4 per user per month or as a pay-per-minute option. It’s included with Office 365 E5 and Microsoft 365 E5 plans.

Do you no longer have the Audio Conferencing free for one year promotion?  I'm only seeing $15/mo for yearly subscription or $24/mo for monthly subscription.  Thank you.
