Microsoft Teams - how to set audio input for virtual cameras? (Logitech Capture, OBS, etc.)

I am able to source the video from Logitech Capture to be my virtual webcam. However, other people on the call cannot hear the audio. I must have the audio settings wrong despite my best efforts. Can anyone advise? (came to use the Logitech software as a workaround given sharing video the traditional way in Teams was resulting in choppy video)

    Hi Greg,

    Greetings.

The location of setting audio/video in Teams is in Settings, we first need to make sure that the audio/video device in the Settings is exactly what we need.

However, if we want to use the virtual camera audio (Logitech Capture, OBS) output as the input for Microsoft teams. I think the relevant settings should be set up well in the external software first, even maybe we need to use a virtual audio program. I am sorry to say that we cannot provide you with specific settings suggestion of third-party software because (to be honest) we do not know if we have never used it before. I searched the Internet and found that someone provided detailed steps to use the OBS audio output as an input for Microsoft teams. I think it might be helpful to you, you can refer to it: Question / Help - OBS as an audio input? (VirtualCam but for Audio) | OBS Forums (obsproject.com) (obsforummember's reply).

We truly appreciate your kind understanding.

Have a nice day and keep safe always.

    Best Regards,

    Linda
