I can't use snap camera filter on microsoft teams.

I used to be able to use the filter on the online meeting for a month and then i stopped using it for about a couple of months. Last week, I opened teams for the online class and then i did the exact same things for using filter on teams but it didn't work. I tried both uninstall the snap camera and teams but it still didn't work. The problem is I couldn't find the snap camera option on my teams, its just the FaceTime HD camera there. (but it used to be there once so i actually know that it is the problem) Somebody knows how to solve it? bc i really need it. Thanks a lot.

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products, I will be more than happy to help you.

First of all, I want to let you know this is a peer-to-peer forum meaning I'm just fellow regular MS Team forum users like you who are trying to help other MS Team forum users with their MS Team issue. So in this case, I'm Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account nor I'm authorized to do so. I hope we can have a mutual understanding from the beginning to prevent misunderstanding.

May I ask, when happens when you use the snap camera with similar apps like Zool call, Skype?

Hi there!  I can confirm that this is also happening for me.  Snap Camera is functioning fine by itself but will not appear in Microsoft Teams as a camera option.  A coworker with an earlier version of both Mac OS and Teams is able to use it successfully.  I have tried all of the suggestions listed above including removing the codesign signature and nothing has worked.  This is clearly a Teams software issue that needs to be fixed in an app release.

Is this currently recognized by Microsoft as a bug?

    Teams        1.3.00.28875
