Rocording problem, my voice became unclear and broken

I have been having this problem since I strated to use Teams. My operation system is windows 8.

When I use other recording software to record my voice, or record my screen sound, or all together, the record sound is very clear.

However, when I use teams to record, no matter to record my voice alone, or record my voice and computer sound together, my voice would become broken and unclear, and sometimes higher sometimes lower. I already tried all the settings, it doesn't work. And since other recording softwares are fine and no problem, I assume it is Teams's problem and would like to seek solutions to it, thank you!

And the thing is, now if I record my own voice, it is more clear. But when I record the computer sound along with my voice, my voice will automatically be turned down during recording, for example, if the computer is playing a video and I am talking at the same time, it will only record the computer sound and my voice would be turned down that I can barely hear it through recording. (I already set the browser sound to be 20 and system sound to be 100)

Unfortunately, The "include computer audio" feature is not available on the MS Team web app, as of the moment the feature is only available on the MS Team desktop app.

Back to the main topic, could you please reinstall these 2 things below

Please reinstall MS Teams Desktop app by downloading the app from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/m...

Please reinstall the Audio driver. Go to Windows start menu button > type in Device Manager > Audio inputs and output. Please right click your Microphone from the device list then select Update Driver, on a new screen please click on Auto Update. Restart your computer so it can take effect. Hi Daniel, thank you for your time.

I just tried logging in using online Teams and recorded my voice, it was perfectly fine. The voice was very clear. So I suppose it is the problem of the Teams Software? But we are are quired to use the software to record meetings, what should I do?

And another thing, when I use Teams Online and tried to share my screen, there was no seclection for "include computer voice", as a result I couldn't record computer voice. How do I deal with this?

    Thank you!

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I wonder whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?
