Hi,

We are a small business that uses Teams for internal communication. Is there an expense app on Teams that we can use to file company-related expenses and get reimbursements?

Thanks

I couldn't find any expense app in the App Center. As a workaround, You can consider using 3rd party expense web app out there that meets your company requirements then you can bring it to Team.

You can bring it to the channel on the MS Team by creating a new tab on the channel. Please ask your Team owner to select "+" on the channel > select website > select URL of 3rd party expense web app.

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, we currently use Excel but am looking for something that approves/rejects expenses and generates a finance report.

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm afraid MS Team is not the ideal tool for that specific needs. Have you considered using an Excel spreadsheet? you can bring it to MS Team if you want to.

    Kind Regards
