"Couldn't add background" message

I have previously added personal background pictures for Teams Meetings but now I keep getting the message above "Couldn't add background" when I try to "Add New" pictures. Any ideas?

    It would be nice if microsoft would give a more detailed message, to indicate WHY the background couldn't be added.

    Hi there,

    I had the same with only one or two backgrounds. The rest added. Turned out they were too small (15kb or so). Check the quality of the pics, that may help.

    pls check your custom photo's dimensions it should be 

    1366 x 768

    Please check with your Organization IT administrator if there has been any change to team’s org-wide policy recently.

    Please note that IT administrator can use the AllFilters setting, you should have internal organization policies to prevent users from uploading offensive or inappropriate images, or images your organization don't have rights to use for Teams meeting backgrounds.

     I have some news for you. I have the same problem. I wanted to add a nice picture of steak as my background but I couldn't. It was sad. I am sad. I hope we can form an alliance and get through this together. Let me know where you're head is at. Have a wonderful day Lori_60. Bye Bye!
