In my startup apps I can see MS Teams twice. I am using Windows 10 pro 20H2. Usually it should be visible only once. Hoping for a solution very soon. Thanks.

    Hi Abbas,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

As I know, when Microsoft Teams client runs in the background and initiates some child process to fetch data by design. It is normal behaviour, and it should not be creating any problem.

To know How Microsoft Teams uses memory, it will you some idea of how MS teams desktop app works in the background:

    Regards

Could you please right-click each of the MS Team entries then select the open file location?
Image It will bring you to a folder, please copy the folder path of the first MS Team entries.

Open a notepad then paste the folder path into the notepad.

Please do the same thing to the second MS Team entries then paste it into notepad then please compare the folder path of those two. Are they the same folder path?
