Microsoft teams CVR account is blocked can not sign in and can not access self service portal I really need access to this account but nobody has a solution.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    May I know is there any error messages when you log into your account, and you can try to contact with your admin to help you login. Admin can help you if you forget your password or you can't pass MFA verification.

    Any update will be appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Admin is usually in your IT department. Admin create account, assign to users. they manage your account via Microsoft Teams admin center. Maybe you forgot your password or something else, you were blocked from access Teams, your IT admin can help you with this issue, thanks.

    Who be my admin ? I’ve tried contacting multiple personnel for this and I still have not got an answer. It gives an area going to the self service portal and I can’t even log into my account be because it’s blocked never accessed it at all.
