Some Attendees names are appearing live:cid.....

Dear Sir

when we organised a live meeting, some of the attendee displays the name like

live.:cid.....

How we can know exact name of attendee?

    Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Regarding your issue, could you please let us know how have you invited attendee in a live event or have you invited any skype, skype for business user in your live event? Your brief detail helps to narrow down the issue.

    Also we suggest you during such meeting, please download attendee’s report and check if you are able to find users name or email id which match with such live:.cid. To download attendance report, please check steps mention here. (Keep in mind that you'll only be able to download the attendance report while the meeting is in progress and participants are still present.)

    We are also facing same problem

    live:.cid.d7cdc8c1ba451e82 in many attendees.Attendees are joining as guest via a meeting link shared with themKindly look into itThanks and regards

    Dear Ankita Vaidya

    we are invited participant through email provided by participant in registration form.

    We don't know the participant is SKYPE user or not.

    we download the attendance but in that  participant name appears as a same like

    live.:cid.....

    please help us to resolve this issue..
