How do I delete my photo in MS Teams??

I wanted to add a profile picture to Outlook and MS Teams. However, this didn't quit work out and, whilst the photo was ok in Outlook, it was blurred and I was on my side in Teams. Now I have managed to delete the photo in Outlook but it still shows in Teams meeting although my profile pic looks to be my initials again. Please help

    Morning,

    An update to my problem. I have deleted my Teams cache. I have also deleted the photo in Outlook and via my Office 365 account so have no photo in either of these. I have also tried repairing my Teams. I can't uninstall as it is a work laptop.

    Currently, I have been able to restore back to an old version of Teams which has my initials by default. However it is asking me to update and if I do update it shows my initials in the top right but in meetings it has the corrupt rotated photo. It is this photo that I need to delete somehow. Incidentally, with the new Teams I cannot click on my initials and add/remove photo for some reason.

    It shows the default initials but also my odd photo when in meetings rather than my initials

    If it already shows the default initials then you can't remove it.

    Deleting Cache files/folders won't delete your contents in MS Team.

    I am really sorry but I am obviously being really dim. I can't seem to find that. I have searched it in my folders but it brings up a huge amount of stuff that I am reluctant to delete
