Live Events on Team not longer showing Recordings on live event resources or anywhere

Hello, 

Since last week I can't access the recordings of my Live Events on Teams, even having same settings and being organizer and Producer, when I am on the live event broadcasting it is showing the red icon that the live event is being recorded  but even 2 days afterwhen going to the live event resources details and refreshing only attendee or transcript shows but no recordings.  Attaching pictures when it did work well and now that is not showing them. I search on stream but apparently is only for meeting not live event. So have tried updates singing out but not change , I even tried on different laptop is all teh same so definitely a bug of teams or in my account. I can't find a way to get in touch with Microsoft please some here can help or provide a contact this is very important for my teaching .

    I wonder whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

    Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Go re-open the live event schedule and see if you can find the recording there.

    Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

    Thank you so much, I followed your step but same on browsers recordings are not there , trying to hold live events again and problems persist .... I have tried other laptop and same problem so seems something related with either Teams or my account.

    I do believe this issue needs to be investigated furthermore by the MS Team engineering team so they can determine the best next steps for this particular issue.

    I highly suggest you report this issue, If this is a bug normally they will release fixes but as a community advisor, I can't guarantee that for you since I don't work for Microsoft.

    Follow these steps: Select 3 horizontal bars > settings > Help & Feedback > Report an issue.
