Microsoft Teams on google chrome

I'm facing an issue when I open Microsoft teams on google chrome. It shows the picture attached.

I keep refreshing it but the same thing keeps popping on google chrome. 

But when I use Microsoft Edge my Microsoft teams web app works perfectly fine.

Apart from this my whenever I do a video chat in teams app my camera doesn't work whereas it works for all other video calling apps like zoom. My video shows up when I use teams web but it doesn't show up when I use desktop app.

    I cleared the cache but still the problem persists.

    Regarding the first problem, I tried it in incognito mode and still shows the same thing. What should I do

    Hi SHRUTI,

    can you perform below procedure, let me know if the problem will still exist

    In Google Chrome settings, go to "Cookies and other site data," Under General settings, click on "Allow all cookies
