the training department set up a Teams meeting for two weeks into the future. How can I forward this link that the organizer sent to me and have the people that I forward it to be able to respond 'accept, decline or tentative'. Currently when I click on the meeting in my calendar and click forward the link is embedded in my new email but there are no buttons to click on that the people I forward it to can reply with.

    Hi Tom,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

I'm afraid that the feature to forward MS Teams meeting is not available yet in MS Teams as today. However, you could go to meeting details and copy the meeting invitation link and forward/share with someone but they will no the able to RSVP.

If your Outlook is integrated with MS teams then you can forward and RSVP a team meeting.

I could find a similar UserVoice that is in discussion:

    https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555...

How to copy Team meeting join link:

    1. Go to calendar app in Teams
    2. Open the meeting and In the description field, there will be a Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link. Right-click on the link, then select Copy link

You can copy the entire meeting invitation or use meeting link to send in a custom email template.

    Regards

    Nik

    Hi Tom,

When you open the meeting to forward, select the Options tab and select Direct Replies To button. This will allow replies to your email address.

    Thanks,

    Brian
