The quiet hours feature is only available on the MS Team mobile app as of the moment. So you need to go to your mobile phone instead.

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

On MS Team mobile app > settings > notifications > select quiet hours, please make sure daily quiet hours are turned off and quiet days are turned off.
