Transfer Team call from Desk phone to Teams on PC

We have a desk phone set up on MS Teams & if the call is answered on it we haven't been able to work out how to transfer the call to the call to the pc desktop app. I have searched the help files & community but haven't found anything. There is lots of information on how to transfer from mobile to pc desktop app & visa versa. 

Can anyone help please

    This a feature that was launched this month. If you are in a meeting using one device, you can open Teams on the device you want to transfer the meeting. You will see a join button. Select it and that's all.
