Teams: profile picture disappeared

Dear colleagues,

suddenly my profile picture disappeared in Teams.

I upload it in a profile section:

But it doesn't appear there:

What's going on? Please help me!

This happened 1 week ago. Previously the picture was there.

    What else will be deleted when I clear Teams cache? Settings? My groups (teams)? Chats?

    I want to know it before I do irreversible action.
