    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

You can restrict who can join the meeting by creating a virtual lobby, the meeting host needs to adjust settings on the meeting options:

    • On the "Who can bypass the lobby?" option, Please select only me.
    • On the "Who can present?" option, Please select only me.

It's not possible to stop meeting options from opening in the browser however as an alternative you can open the meetings option within the MS Team app during the meeting. Select (...) next to the raising hand icon > meeting options (see screenshot).

Unfortunately, it's still not possible to do so with the meeting options as of the moment because MS Team still doesn't support it.

SO you need to filter out the meeting participants on your own, it's not possible to divide them into groups of people.

bypassing the lobby basically means whether you allow entering the meeting room directly or you want them to wait in the lobby before you give them permission to enter the meeting room.

but I want invitees to be able to bypass the lobby  I'm not sure what bypassing the lobby means but I want the specific group of people I invited to beable to join, but no one else.
