    Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Community, I am Skypper G. I am an independent advisor, let me help you with this

    Go to the specific file, right click, open in Sharepoint

    Once you are in SharePoint, again make right click on the Excel file and hit the Version History option.

    You can check the previous data on that file and restore if it is necessary to do so.

    Check the History for the file. Often it will save various versions when people make changes to the file.
