Hello!
I've been having this issue for a week now - once I am connected to my VPN for my job, my teams starts having connection issues. It works totally normal when I am not connected. Teams work fine on my phone as well. I can reply on desktop Teams, but any reply from a co-worker doesn't go through to me.
I have reinstalled Teams and updated my token, but tech support has no idea what's happening since I am the only one experiencing issues. Since they can't recreate the issue, they can't find a fix.
I also have two VPNs - one east coast, one west coast (I live on East coast). The east coast VPN I have incredibly slow speeds compared to my normal speeds, so I recently switched over to my east coast one and that speed is much better, however I'm still experiencing the Teams issues. Networking says there are no issues on their end, however I feel like it's somehow connected.
Not sure if this is helpful, but my internet provider is WOW!. My tech support says it could be something to do with my internet and how they reroute things. They also stated it could be Microsoft and what server I am pulling from.
If anyone has any pointers, please help! Thank you.

That unfortunately isn't an option for me with the work that I do. I've been using Teams on my VPN for years now and only have recently had this issue!

It's not recommended practice to use VPN when accessing MS Team, MS Team doesn't work that well with VPN. I subscribe to VPN service too, but I don't use it when I'm accessing MS Team.
