Hi,

When I try to use the web version of Microsoft team i get the an error asking me to change the browser setting to allow DOM storage.

I am trying to use a MS Edge browser. When I go to the setting to do this change, -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies-> Block only third party Cookies (or) Don't block cookies. I continue to get the same error (attached)

Can you please help me with a solution, I am using a iPad with IOS version 10.3.4 and MS edge version - 45.6.2.

When I try to download the app i get a message that its not compatible with this iPad.

Request help to fix this issue. Thanks.

Setting > Safari > deselect 'prevent cross-site Tracking'. Then Teams will open in safari.

    Hi Partha,

Thanks for the update. May I know whether the current latest Teams web and Teams app version ever worked on your old iPad?

However, it seems that your iPad doesn’t support the current Teams app version and the latest Teams web of the service also isn’t supported by the device.

You may try to troubleshoot this issue via using different device (e.g. any colleague’s workable latest iPad) to determine whether it is specific device compatibility side issue.

Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal

    Hi Partha,

Thanks for the detailed screenshot. May I know whether you have tried to check this issue via using different browser?

If not, please use the Teams web client (https://teams.microsoft.com) via Incognito browsing window with latest version of Chrome browser to check this issue.

Regarding “i get a message that its not compatible with this iPad”, based on the error it seems that your device is not compatible for teams app. You may check the Hardware requirements for Teams on mobile devices

Your time and understanding will be highly appreciated.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
