    You'd need network admin access to troubleshoot the issue further. If you don't have network administrator access then please contact your IT team to further assistance and make sure to reconfigure your network to allow teams communicate on the ports listed in the following article here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/...

    Now, please use the Network assessment tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/detail... to verify the configuration.
