USB Headset not working with teams

My USB headset (hyperx cloud 2) does not work on teams "your speakers aren't working" "your microphone isn't working".

It works perfectly on all other apps I have used it on.

Other devices work fine (on teams).

Troubleshoot comes back with nothing.

I have tried:

-re-installing teams

-unplugging and plugging the headset back in

-different usb port

-updating audio drivers

-uninstalling and re installing audio drivers

You might need to change one of your privacy settings. Here's how to check:

Click Start button and Open Settings

    Under Privacy, select Microphone

Make sure the setting for Microphone access for this device is turned On

If the setting is already turned on, turn the setting off then back on again

Close all apps and restart your device
