The above inbuilt webcam on the monitor was working fine until last week. It is no longer visible in any VC software or as a device within Device Manager.
How do I get it working again?

The USB driver is installing partially but is greyed out. i.e. Not recognised by Windows.
Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. Most likely due to camera driver problem after an update. Here are some things your can try.
https://support.microsoft.com//windows/camera-d...
A. Download the "Drivers for Windows 7" as it includes the Webcam driver installer
https://www.philips.co.uk/c-p/499P9H_00/brillia...
Unzip the file
Open the Hello Webcam folder
right-click on the "setup.exe"
properties>compatibility
Check Run this program in compatibility mode
change the Compatibility mode to Windows 7
click ok
then open the file again to install.
restart your computer.
B. Open Device Manager
click View > show hidden devices
Check if the webcam is listed in Camera or Imaging devices
Right-click on your webcam
Update driver
Browse my computer for driver
Click Browse
locate the Hello Webcam driver
click ok then next
If that didnt work try to uninstall the driver
Restart your computer.
then reinstall the driver.
