Good day everyone

I have been unable to log into MS teams for over a month now, it seems to be locked to my work account, whenever i try to log in with my own account it requires a pin and i have no clue where that pin is and i have no recollection of ever creating a pin.

The main issue is during all of my meetings, my attendees cannot use the chat platform and i have no clue how to fix that either.

Please assist

    Hi Amanda,

My name is Didi, an Independent Advisor.

If your work account requires a PIN when you sign in it may indicate that they enabled multi-factor authentication in your organization. It's usually related to the device you're using. If you have some issues, you could contact your IT admin to reset or try the instruction on this link:

For the meeting chat, could you check the meeting options to see if chat is enabled? Please read 'Allow meeting chat' on this article:

    Thank you.
