Microsoft Teams does not see *any* audio or video devices

Hello,

My company currently uses Microsoft Teams for video and audio conferencing, but I got a lot of feedback these days, and Teams App was unable to perform voice and video calls and reception. But web versions of Teams can. After a remote check, I found that Teams on one computer could not find any audio and video equipment. Figure:

I have taken many ways, such as

  • deleting cache,
  • deleting and reinstalling the Teams App,
  • logout and re-landing,
  • or even deleting and reinstalling the driver of the video audio device,

but there were no effect.

Does anyone know how these questions can solve?

    Hell[ Didi,

I seem to find something. This problem only appears above the TEAMS program of 1.5.00.2164. I tried to return the Teams version of the two computers to 1.4.00.xxxx, and then they can use the microphone and the camera normally. Look at the problem, the problem occurs on the update of Teams software.

May I ask if you've checked the app permissions on your device?

    • Open Settings
    • Under Privacy, select Microphone
    • Make sure the setting for Microphone access for this device is turned On
    • If the setting is already turned on, turn the setting off then back on again
    • Close all apps and restart your device

The same instructions apply to the camera.

It is also suggested to update the drivers:
