Dear Alexander Guentner,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
You can try in The InPrivate mode to log in to the Teams web client and check the results, and make sure your browser is up to date.
It is recommended to replace different networks, sometimes the problem may be related to a specific network environment, such as some traffic is blocked and then affects application performance. In particular, check the settings on your iPhone > scroll down the list and find Teams> Wireless Data-> check the "Allow" team to "use data" setting.
Use a different account to see if you can sign in. If this test account also fails to sign in, the problem may be related to this local app client.
Also try using your account on a different device to see if you can sign in to Teams.
If the problem persists, you can contact IT admin of your organization, let admin to disable your Teams license in Office 365 admin center and enable again to check the result. (For your reference: Manage user access to Microsoft Teams) Moreover, we suggest let admin check whether is related to multi-factor authentication in your organization.
Please feel free to post back if the issue persists and we need to collect following information to narrow down this issue:
- Please send us a screenshot of the error message for analysis.
- Can you successfully sign in Teams app before? Have you made any changes before this issue happens?
- Can other user login Teams APP with their account in this problematic user's iPhone?
Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!
Sincerely,
Kerry Chen | Microsoft Community Moderator
