Setting default account

Have been using TEAMS for about a year. The default account (i.e. the account that always showed up whenever TEAMS booted up) was an "office" account. (i.e. has a little briefcase icon beside it in the list of accounts). Last week, TEAMS reloaded (unbidden by me) and now the office account is no longer the default. Now, a personal account (house icon) appears first. I now have to go into my accounts and select the office account.

How can I make the "office" account the default again?

    Not quite sure I understood the question. Although maybe the problem has been solved.

    Went into my account list. "Signed out" just below the list. (I had always "exited" with the exit button in the upper right hand corner before.) Started Teams again and this time the "Office" account came up without having to select it from the list of accounts.

    So...it seems to be working now. Will keep you posted if it acts up again.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your post on the community forum. I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

    With the recent updates, Microsoft is enabling the support switching between personal and Office Teams account on the desktop app.

    To look further and understand if it is the default behaviour, may I know if you asked to choose Team account every time you sign in to Teams app or only after sign out.
